Meet Carly
As a child, I felt a deep connection with the spirit world and sensed that every soul has its own unique spark. Years spent volunteering in nursing homes and hospice taught me the power of holding space for others through profound transitions. That awakening grew into a passion for helping people heal and reconnect with their inner strength, beauty and intuition.
I have studied extensively at Kripalu, Omega Institute and Twin Star School of Herbalism. My approach draws from massage therapy, Reiki, shamanism, meditation, astrology, kundalini, nutrition, herbalism and other energy-based practices.
